I dont know anything about mcv but i've had the unfortunate experience of visiting downstate.
for starters it's in east flatbush brooklyn. i took the subway and have never been in more fear of my life , and i lived in north phili. king's county hospital was everything you would imagine a county hospital to be. a dump. they call the call room the swamp but trust me the guys on mash had it better. the former chair is still there so it leads me to believe that something happened. i'm sorry you wasted the $25 applying. )
