NMS Step 2 question book. It rocks! I also consulted all those little 3rd year study books (NMS, BRS, High-Yield, etc.) for more in depth explanation on certain subjects that had totaly left my brain.
I'm leaving for my residency in Long Island tomorrow (3000 mile road trip) so this is my last post for a while. Good luck to all you 4th years out there. Just remember-if a schmuck like me can match in ortho, so can you!
