It is a U.S. program. I spent a month there in 2000 (summer). The residents were great. Their big complaint was that it was trauma heavy. My uncle is a spine attending there and loves it. I'll try to find out more. Do you speak spanish? The notes are actually all written in English, but I guess you have to speak to patients.
