Palm Beach Global Foundation, invites
outstanding medical students to apply for the
2026–2027 Orthopaedic Research Fellowship. This is
year-long fellowship is designed for highly motivated students with a strong interest in
orthopaedic surgery and offers immersive experience in
clinical research, academic productivity, mentorship.
The fellow will work directly with
Dr. Mamun Al Rashid, MD, MRCS, FRCS , FACS. He is the
Director of the
Palm Orthopedic Joint and Spine Institute and serves as
President of Palm Beach Regenerative Institute. He holds adjunct faculty appointments at the University of Miami and Nova Southeastern University Dr. Kiran C. Patel College of Osteopathic Medicine, and is a Professor at Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara. He previously served as Associate Program Director at HCA Florida Healthcare. Dr. AlRashid also serves on the Clinical and Academic Advisory Bolard for the Biomedical Engineering Department at Florida international University (FIU) in Miami, guiding biomedical engineers in medical device innovation and prototype.Applicants should submit:
