I went to FREIDA and looked up some programs. Some of them said "No" under "Accepting applications for next year." Specifically I was looking at U of New Mexico. I also noticed HJD and UW had the same thing.

Is this to be taken literally? Are they not offering spots next year? I didn't make sense.

it means they don't open their application up for the 2004 match until later this fall. If you check back in August, it will say yes to that question.
