Anybody know anything about Medical College of Ohio? Or Toledo in general?

I've found MCO to be an excellent program that is very resident friendly. Very cool attendings, and even cooler residents. I'm familiar with the department from a student/applicant and patient perspective. The residents here get excellent operative experience, and overall are very happy. Two disadvantages I recognize are 1) Recent departure of the ortho onc-guy (but they are looking for replacement), 2) The kiddie experience, despite the fact that the residents absolutely love it, is based at the Shriners hospital in Lexinton, KY since Toledo has no free-standing peds hospital. All in all, this is a strong program that produces very competent surgeons (generally 1/2 of which enter fellowship training)
