good luck, your chairman is, well, err, difficult to get along with and is rather legendary on the interview trail, enough so that many people dont apply at UMKC b/c of him. That being said, i think he gives people who were in the military extra consideration, as well as people who did not match their first try. He is very big into ethics, so i would walk the straight and narrow path if you know what i mean. Good luck
