Does anyone know what the protocol is for sending thank you notes? (Do we send one to each interviewer or just the PD or Chair? Card vs typed letter vs email? )

I would suggest that you just send one to the program director and they can drop it in your file. I'm not sure whether they make a hoot of difference or not.
