If you have an exceptionally good letter from an ortho chief resident which is far more personal and in depth than any other attending letter, would you recommend sending it in via ERAS as an extra LOR.

Also, how do they feel about a great medicine LOR vs. a less personal g-surg or ortho 4th letter?

I'd definately send the chief resident letter if its that good.

I vote for strong letter from nonsurgeon over mediocre letter from gen surgeon for additional letter.
