4 interviews. 2 with a group of 5-10 attendings and a "tell me about yourself" and "any questions." one with almost all the residents where they take your app and pass it around joking with you about it. by the way, "any questions?" Then, I guess, the only one that matters is with the director, one-on-one. He is a bit tough to read, not real perky, but not malignant and no tough questions, just alot of awkward silence. good luck.
