I was invited to interview at a program that requires Universal Supplemental Evaluation Forms from my letter writers... but none of my letter writers filled them out or posted them to ERAS. Since I don't technically have a complete application, I'm afraid the invite was a glitch. Anyone else have this experience? Did you just have them sent directly to the program coordinator?
