Healthy and sound sleep should last 7-8 hours. Sleep is vital to our health, safety, and well-being. Sleep recharges the brain. Instead of getting enough sleep, it causes a variety of health problems. If I have such problems, a warm bath, massage, herbal teas, or light sedatives, which are always at hand, will help me. I order them from a Canadian Pharmacy .

Healthy sleep lasts 6-7 hours. But this is not always the case with me.
