2 YR 8 MONTH OLD CHILD WITH Bilateral PLANO VALGUS, HYPERLAXITY OF ALL JOINTS. lateral x ray shows vertical talus, but dorsiflexion views show some reduction of the talonavicular joint....please suggest treatment [img size=400]http://www.orthogate.org/components/com_joomlaboard/uploaded/images/DSC03210.jpg[/img]
