I am seeking applicants for two funded spine surgery research fellowships at Houston Methodist. Both fellowship positions are for one year and will entail working closely with the rest of my clinical research team. Medical students, particularly those interested in orthopaedics & neurosurgery, are encouraged to apply. My current spine surgery research fellows this year have matched into neurosurgery and orthopaedic surgery with a combined 24 pending manuscript authorships, not including chapters. Mentorship and advocacy for the research fellow's career path will be an important component of the fellowship.
