Hey, everybody. I am a non-US IMG from India. I recently graduated pre-med, and I will be starting my med school in the Caribbean this fall. I am very interested in orthopedic surgery though I am quite early in the race. I've enquired, and a couple of graduates from my school have matched into ortho residencies, so it is certainly not impossible. I'd like to know about the things I can do early to boost my chances of getting an ortho residency. My first semester has turned remote, I have sent emails to some orthopedic surgery professors I know for some remote research work, but I have failed to get any. Any suggestions would really be helpful. Thank you.

Hello

I know it's quite late. I'm also a non-US IMG from India, interested in Orthopedic Surgery Residency. I just finished my medschool, but did not finish my internship yet. I'd like to connect with you.
