I know that this is not the best way to prepare but Im a little desperate. I have applied to many ortho programs but have had only 1 interview, the rest have been in IM. I have been having lots of trouble answering some questions I think may be asked and I really hope someone could help. They are along the lines of"
"Tell me about a time you worked well in a team", "tell me about a challenging patient you had during your Ortho rotation", "tell me about a difficult experience you had with an Ortho resident or attending". I will be honest, I dont blame anyone for thinking why they should share their own answers that they put alot of thought in to coming up with. Im just a horrible interviewer and finding good answers to these questions has been difficult. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
