Does that mean business casual? Slacks and a button down? Sport coat and a tie?

I was thinking jeans and a tux t-shirt. Would that be appropriate?

I went to it a few years ago. It says business-casual, but everyone is in a tie and coat.

Anyone else going to sinner tonight have some input. According to the almighty google, "dress casual" is a button up and slacks.
