Just received the packet in the mail today (going 11/30). Ditto above. Hotel information is New Haven Hotel $69 and Courtyard by Marriott $79 - both of which are apparently very close to the hospital. The closest airport is Tweed (they have very few airlines), followed by Hartford/Bradley, and NY-LGA (accessible by amtrak train, but per friend who went to yale, takes forever to get to new haven).
