I had lower back pain almost all my life. I'm 28 this year. I need more consultation regarding on my problem. I went to a X-Ray Specialist Centre and did a X-Ray scan. The results and report by the doctor is as below. Please advise me if anyone had the same problem or any better solutions for me. No matter if a surgery is needed, I would still prefer as long as I can kill the pain off and remain like a normal person. Thank you in advance.

Report:

Partial lumbarization of SI is present with pseudoarthrosis on the left side. This may cause unequal stress to the lumbar spine. The disc spaces appear preserved and no focal bone lesion is show. Normal sacro-iliac joints.
