They sent out emails yesterday telling people they were on the middle tier and top tier. Not sure if that represents everyone since some still hasn't received any emails yet. Does anybody else have any insight into this?
For what it's worth, Dr. Williams called today. I don't know how many applicants he's contacting or whether today is the only day he's doing it. However, he did mention that the official letters were sent out this past Friday.
