Hi everyone,
Asking the common question here... anyone have audio/video learning material (such as Miller's Review Course) that they can share? I have an old version of the Miller Review Course but I can't figure out how to play them. They seem to have been copied directly from the CD to hard drive. I have some other electronic sources I could share (AO Advanced and Basic PPTs, Brinker, Masters Technique, Netter, Rockwood Shoulder, Rockwood # in Peds, Rockwood # in Adults, Browner, Campbell's, Lovell and Winter, etc).
