Western Michigan University Homer Stryker M.D. School of Medicine in Kalamazoo, Michigan has an orthopaedic surgery PGY-2 opening in its categorical program, to start July 1, 2018. All applicants must be current PGY-1 preliminary or transitional residents in good standing in an ACGME-accredited residency.

  2. Medical school diploma
  3. Medical school transcript
  4. MSPE (Dean's letter)
  5. USMLE Transcript (a first-time pass on both exams is required)
  6. Personal statement
  7. ECFMG certificate (if applicable)
  8. Citizenship/Visa Status (please note: we are only able to consider J1 Visas – no exceptions)
  9. Three letters of recommendation - 1 from current Program Director
