Dr. Singh is seeking an ambitious medical student who is interested in a year-long clinical research fellowship in the field of spine surgery.

Where: Midwest Orthopaedics at Rush University Medical Center, Chicago, IL
When: Beginning March - June 2019
Salary: A monthly stipend is provided

Duties of the research coordinator will include:
Managing all prospective and retrospective research studies.
Submitting protocols to the Institutional Review Board (IRB).
Utilizing statistical software for data analysis.
Writing and editing manuscripts and textbook chapters.
Presenting podiums and posters at major spine conferences.

Specific prerequisites and characteristics of the coordinators should include:
Motivation for a career in orthopedic surgery.
Strong academic record.
Proven interest in research.
Must be extremely organized.
Must be detail oriented.
Must be able to self manage.
