The Department of Orthopedic Surgery at Geisinger Health System is offering an international postdoctoral research fellowship opportunity for a physician interested in advancing research in the field of orthopaedics. The paid, full time position is a one year fellowship to begin in August 1, 2017. This is a industry funded position at a teaching hospital and level one trauma center in Danville, Pennsylvania.

This research fellowship will focus on orthopedic trauma. The fellow will participate in the full spectrum of clinical research: project design, data acquisition, statistical analysis, interpretation of results, poster/manuscript writing, and presentation. The individual will work closely with the orthopedic research team, which is comprised of research assistants, coordinators, manager, and faculty.
