Cincinnati SportsMedicine Research and Education Foundation and the University of Cincinnati Office of Continuing Medical Education invite you to join our outstanding conference faculty for 30.25 CME hours of presentations on the latest clinical, surgical and rehabilitation recommendations for orthopaedic disorders of the knee, shoulder, elbow and hip.

Musculoskeletal disorders and diseases are the leading cause of disability in the United States and account for more than one-half of all chronic conditions in people over 50 years of age. Treatments that mitigate the long-term impact of musculoskeletal disease and return patients to full and active lives are needed.

 

This course has been the standard in teaching lower extremity alignment for the past two decades. It is designed for orthopedic surgeons, podiatrists and allied health professionals who treat long-bone deformities. No prior experience is required. The internationally renowned faculty will introduce basic and advanced limb reconstruction concepts, including corrective osteotomies, limb alignment, limb lengthening and internal and external fixation. The course features lectures, deformity planning sessions, hands-on saw bone labs and a digital radiograph planning lab. Participants will also have an opportunity to present adult, pediatric and podiatric cases to their peers.

22nd Annual Baltimore Limb Deformity Course

This course has been the standard in teaching lower extremity alignment over the past two decades. It is intended for orthopedic surgeons, podiatrists, and allied health professionals who treat long-bone deformities.

This course has been designed to present select knee and shoulder problems and the latest treatment options from internationally recognized orthopaedic surgeons and physical therapists.

The Advances in Orthopaedic Trauma and Arthroplasty meeting offers a premier educational forum to interact with leaders and peers in areas of orthopaedic trauma care, hip and knee reconstruction, and tips for a more efficient orthopaedic practice in light of the current healthcare environment. 

With nearly 200 attendees, the first Cleveland Arthroplasty Course was a great success and we are looking forward to another exciting program in 2012!
