New spine fellowship at St. Louis University. Position available Aug 1,2006.(Also for 2007). Comprehensive fellowship involving all aspects of adult and pediatric spine. Trauma, degenerative, adult and pediatric deformity, MIS, thoracolumbar and cervical. Must be able to be licensed in the State of Missouri. Orthopaedic or neurosurgery board eligible candidates. hi there......thanks for sending the information....can you please guide me to be eligible for the license do i need to be USMLE confirmed candidate....if at all i just want to comeback after completing my fellowship in US.....any provision for a temporary registration in US ?
