Mayo Jacksonville- Good name, strong operative experience (you'll be in OR for 4-5 days a week at least for some quick cases). Nursing staff will not bug you too much with the few inpatients you actually have.
Combined Sports/F&A- I was going to apply to this one but after receiving their material, I realized that it was actually a sports fellowship. Many other sports fellowships will throw in some foot and ankle cases as well (ie scopes and Bristow's) so if you're truly looking for F&A w/ tendon transfers, osteotomies, arthroplasty and other complicated F&A cases...look elsewhere
Pomeroy- 4 Yoda's of F&A (Mann, Coughlin, Hansen, Manoli). This one trained under Manoli (who trained under Hansen). Seems like a strong fellowship...I just couldn't get over the location...MAINE....brrrrrr!!! and boring.
