We are delighted to announce an innovative, virtual year-long research program for medical students, providing hands-on clinical research experience in orthopedics, and eliminating the need for a traditional gap year during medical school. The participants can expect a minimum of 10 manuscript submissions (including several as first author) within the program year. We are looking for potential candidates with the following characteristics:

• Highly motivated
• Excellent composition and analytical writing skills
• Experience in clinical research (preferred, but not necessary)
• Proficient in reference management software (Endnote, Zotero etc.)                                         
• Familiarity with statistical software is a plus.
