You're the one spending five years in one of those locations; I honestly think that the only person who should have any input on your ROL is you. Besides, like someone already said, you probably won't get one consistent answer even if a hundred people answered. Good luck

Thanks... I'm not planning on ranking based upon anything other than my own impressions and goals. However, I think it helps to get a sense of what others may have to say about a given program. Like applicants, programs can "behave" themselves for a day during interviews, so i find it useful to hear other people's take on a program. Good luck to all!
