You're better off doing rotations at institutions that have accepted usimgs vs. rotating at institutions that interview all rotators. For example, stanford interviews all rotators but would be near impossible to match into. albany, vcu, albert einstein in PA and svcmc have had usimgs match at their programs. There are several other programs.

This question always bothers me. If your goal is to get into a residency, a bunch of interviews that are going to rank you at the bottom of the list does you a disservce. Places in which you rotate that do not interview you means you are not getting in. You need to worry about doing a good job and rotating with programs that have a history of taking rotators, especially imgs.

SUNY Buffalo has taken USIMGs in the recent past. I'm not sure whether or not they interview all rotators or any of that stuff though.
