Due to a recent opening in our upcoming PGY-2 class (starting July 1st, 2011), we are offering a PGY-2 spot to applicants who have completed a PGY-1 year in a United States MD surgical residency. Preference will be given for people who were in an orthopaedic residency over general surgery. IMG & DO applicants need not apply. Applicant would have to be available to begin their year as soon as possible. Program: Oakland University William Beaumont School of Medicine Location: Royal Oak, MI Beaumont is a Level 1 Tertiary Care center in Royal Oak, MI (Oakland Co.), located north of Detroit.
