1) George Washington, and many of the programs in New Jersey, some of the smaller ones in New York city and state, and definitely those in Florida (except for UF and Miami -which are numbers programs) are very heavy on rotators. 2) Other programs in NY, including HSS and Columbia, do not even interview all their rotators, so they definitely seem rotator light. Cali and Texas programs tend to take Cali and Texas kids. Hope this helps.

Well, I know for a fact that one of the guys from my school matched at Miami last year without ever rotating there. So they certainly have at least one non-rotator.

I'm a junior resident at Miami and half of my co-residents rotated here and half did not. My class is representative of more senior classes in this respect, in which on average 2-4 rotators match each year (out of 7). If a student rotates here (or anywhere), has a strong work ethic, and gets along well with the residents, it will obviously enhance his/her chances of matching. The opposite is true as well. There is no quota we are required to fulfill. Non-rotators invited for an interview at Miami stand just as good a chance at matching here as rotators.
