For those of you swapping, does that mean you are accepting invites when you have a known conflict? I have had two situations already where I have been invited to interview somewhere, but i already confirmed to another program on the available dates, so I declined the interview after the coordinator informed me there were no other possible dates. What do you plan on doing if no one swaps, canceling on the second program last minute? Just wondering how I should be playing these conflicting dates.
