Spoke to assistant at Columbia, All of their interview invites were sent out yesterday. Columbia doesn't require transcript but would have liked CV as an extra LOR.

Orthorider et al: My bad...should have clarified: Columbia - NEW YORK. So was it Columbia - New York that has already sent out all the invitations...was that snail mail, or should i just let my balls sag and assume that it was all through e-mail? Oh yeah it was on their revamped website that noted undergraduate transcripts as part of the application.

Just to clarify a few things: 1. We did not send out all of our interview requests yesterday. 2. We do not require an undergraduate transcript (sorry for the confusion, but our new website has been appropriately updated!) Good luck everyone, William N. Dr. Levine, I spoke to an assistant at the office yesterday over the phone and she told me that Columbia (NY) is finished sending out interview invitations. If this is not accurate, does that mean yesterday's mass email was only a "1st wave" of invites, and there will be another at a later date? Orthorider.

We only have 1 interview day (January 12) and I am sending out the invitations via e-mail. We are not done sending out requests and are still in the review process. Again, I apologize for the confusion and unfortunate mis-communication. If you have any other questions, feel free to email me directly at www.columbiaortho.org to learn more about our program. (As I mentioned earlier, we have corrected the confusion regarding the college transcript issue, i.e. don't worry about it!) Sincerely, William N.
