From the forum's experiences, is it even worth applying to cali programs if you don't rotate there. I plan on applying to as many programs as money can buy but am trying to save somewhere. Any programs in cali, open to taking non-cali students, especially if they did rotate there? Thanks.
usc will interview non-cali people without a rotation.

Got an interview from Stanford without doing a rotation there. I grew up in So Cal and went to UCLA undergrad, but am at a midwest med school. :smokin:

UC-Davis also invites people who were neither rotators nor have any ties to Cali.
