4th year getting ready to apply

Was hoping for suggestions on where to apply Step I:249 Step II CK: 264 Honors in all classes (4.0 GPA) Jr AOA (school does not release class ranking but 7 out of 185 people got it) 1 first author paper in Journal of oncology, 1 mid author paper, 6 abstracts all in non-ortho related field from previous career 1 first author paper in mid-tier ortho journal that is in-press I have some pretty good letters from ortho docs, 1 non-ortho letter. I am hoping to stay on the coasts if at all possible. I have completed 2 aways with 3 more upcoming, but prefer not to say where they were to remain somewhat anonymous. Any advice on programs would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
Why only 5 aways? Probably should have done more to be safe

I just followed the advice of our program adviser. He tells all students to do as many aways as they can. I had five months of electives so I choose to do them at programs that I was interested in. Everyone told me that for ortho, aways are a huge factor so I went with it. Sorry if this irritates you.
