Got a cryptic waitlist email at JPS. This process is so random.

Does anybody know if Iowa sends out rejection, or waitlist email ? have not heard anything from them since someone posted invitation yesterday... Thanks!

+1 UM/Jackson rejection. I rotated there, is there a point in calling/emailing?

ygree, I don't know but looking at like you don't have an interview now, and the worst that could happen is you could still not have an interview seems like a decent enough reason to try. The only thing I'd consider is if it wasn't a mistake but they give you an interview is that if you weren't their first choice to begin with, I wouldn't necessarily give up another interview elsewhere

Why would U Chicago send out rejections and waitlist before interview invites? So if we haven't heard from them we may still get invites or rejections?
