Iowa/Kalamazoo/Detroit Well that one will depend on what you are looking for in an orthopedic program. If you plan on academics, then going to a research powerhouse like Iowa is a good fit. If you plan to go private practice for sure and want a smaller program then consider the other two. Other things to consider, how many non-rotators do the programs take. Smaller programs like Beaumont, frequently take rotators and that can play a roll in your decision.
