Hi,

Just wondering how you can tell (other than asking the persons) when the LORS have been scanned in ERAS?

there's a link in ERAS that tells you whether the letter has been scanned by your Dean's office and whether the program has retrieved it. The programs won't retrieve anything until after deadlines (Nov sometime)...but you can tell whether your school scanned them or not. The link was right under where you enter your password last year...

I wasn't able to find any link this year? Any help from applicants this year?

I'm in the process of applying, so I can't comment on the link directly. However, according to the woman at my school who handles everything ERAS related, she can't scan LORs until the applications are submitted. And applications can't be submitted until the ERAS postoffice opens on Sept 1. Perhaps after all of the above happens, we'll be able to access the postoffice and determine the status of our LORs.
