I am a third year interested in ortho and possible this program and would like to here from anyone either at SLU as a student or resident or one who knows about this program. The people are great, both professors and residents. The actual staff number isn't too high though. You will get excellent training. It doesn't have the same reputation as Wash U, although I don't think their rep. is very deserved
