Wondering if can give insight to if I am a competitive applicant and what tier schools I should aim to apply for, I would really like to go to the west coast. I currently go to a low tier MD school. 250's in STEP 2. AOA and Gold Humanism. HP in IM FM SURG and Honors in the rest for the second quartile in class. 11 mansucripts published and 10 posters presented.
