The interview is with 4 attendings and a senior resident. The interview starts at 8:00 with breakfast and a talk with Dr. Coen. The 5 interviewers will take groups of five and interview them, but I am unsure if its a panel discussion or one on one interview. The interviews are 5 fifteen minute interviews. There are 3 Loma Linda Attendings, the other Attending is the chief of Orthopaedics at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center and one senior resident. The interviews are one on one. After the interviews, there will be a tour of our campus. There will probably be residents in the Ortho Library who will be more than willing to talk with you and discuss our program.
