how big a deal are these?
I wouldn't sweat one comment from your third year rotation, especially if you have great 4th year comments and LORs. I'm not sure how many programs actually sift through the Dean's letter with a fine tooth comb. Many programs may decide to interview you without even having seen the Dean's letter. It may only be looked at on the day of your interview

I'm not sure how your program works, but my 4th year evals actually don't show up in my Dean's letter, and unfortunately will never be seen by any programs other than my home program.

We were told by our registrar that we should bring copies of these to all our interviews for this exact reason.
