With away rotations just around the corner, I was wondering how many of you who recently matched are going to an institution that you rotated at?
Are the places we choose to rotate at the most likely places to match at?
In my class, 2 matched at our home school, 4 of us matched at places we didn't rotate at (including myself), and 2 matched at programs they rotated at.
In my class there were 4 ortho hopefulls; 1 matched at home, 1 matched at a program where he rotated, 1 matched at a program without rotating there (me), and 1 didn't match
we had 5 guys trying. 4 matched, me being the only one matching at a place they rotated. Of course the other guys rotated at place that have a ton of rotators, so that does not help
