Have you guys tracked any programs out there that have downloaded your app? If so, which ones?
how can you tell if an app has been downloaded?

There all downloading!! Barb at Penn told me last wednesday that they had already received about 100 appl. at that point. Go to the ADTS link on My ERAS. You can follow your appl. and where it's going.
