has anyone heard if Stanford was able to get the approval to increase their number of PGY1 spots?

I know that they were trying to increase from 4 to 6, but at the interview they still did not have an answer for us.

any info would be appreciated....

I emailed Karen Denny the other day regarding this issue. She told me the RRC met on Jan 11, and they were still waiting to hear. She said they would let us know, when they find out.

Good luck making your ROL!

I submitted my ROL today on the NRMP website. By each program name, it lists the # of spots available (quota). The Harvard quota was 14 (they applied this year to go from 12 to 14 spots) and the Stanford quota was 4.

I don't know if the RRC updates NRMP at the same time, or if programs individually update their # of spots. Regardless, it looks like the RRC approved Harvard for 14.

Best of luck to all!
