A lot of people are now starting to get rejections (sucky as it may be) - and it's making more than a few (including myself) a little nervous/edgy.

Being a numbers guy, I thought I'd post some stats, just to give an example of another applicant. Maybe others will follow suit.

Total Apps: 60
Programs that have sent out interviews that I applied to: 12
Interview offers: 3 (25%)
Rotations that count as interviews: 2
Total Interviews: 5
Rejections: 2 (Wake, Med Coll of GA)
-I'm a pretty average applicant

Randomly posting this kind of stuff might help keep us all on pace with where we're at - so people don't have to continually ask, "How am I doing?"

Average for matched is 238 (US Seniors) and 226 (Independent). Thus, one could say:

Below Average = <230
Average = 230-245
Above Average = >245

I think average is defined by the average stats for matched applicants as reported by the NRMP.

I think "average applicant" needs to be defined. Like a simple inclusion of Steps 1 & 2 (where available) scores may help (if you are comfortable to do so). Ranges are find too.
