Hope this isn't too late for you, sorry I did not see your post until now. Here is the email I got for the interview:

We are looking forward to seeing you on Friday, January 20. You will need to
be here from 7:00 AM until approximately 12:00 noon. Here are the details for
that day. You should come to the South Lobby of the GWU Medical Faculty
Associates (MFA) Ambulatory Care Center (ACC) no later than 7:00 AM. There is
a big circular driveway at the corner of 22nd and I (Eye) Streets, NW, on GWU
Campus,Washington, DC. (There is no exact street address.) Please be here no
later than 7:00 AM. A security guard will let you in and ask for a photo I.D.
One of our residents will meet you there and accompany you to Conference Room
1-402. Breakfast foods will be available that morning.

Hope that this helps, dude, good luck!
