My brother has problems with the musculoskeletal system - weak muscles. What sports can help him? Is it possible to do sports at all?

This is a very serious issue. And a doctor should prescribe a set of exercises. After all, even the most harmless exercises can harm him. Good luck)

Yoga is very useful for problems with muscles and the nervous system. Yoga has many areas and schools, but mostly most practices involve the study of breathing techniques, meditation, and various dynamic and static positions that can affect many muscle groups. At the same time, this activity has many benefits for mental health. My brother, having multiple sclerosis, has been practicing yoga for years and also taking tecfidara, and it all allows him to stay in shape.
