Okay, I am only 24, but over the last 2 years, my hair has thinned out drastically. I started to notice it when I was on medication, but I have been off of it for well over a year now. Unfortunately, whenever I go to brush my hair, I lose a lot of it. I was wondering if anyone else has gone though this and has any advice or home remedies to fix it.

This is a very big problem. Because there can be many reasons, and finding a problem is very difficult. You may have stomach problems, not enough vitamins.

? Shampoo mainly the scalp, not just the length of the hair.

? Use conditioner after shampoo or 2-in-1.

? The conditioner should be used only on the tips of the hair.

? Protect your hair while swimming.

? Do not wipe your hair with a towel. Just wrap your head around it to absorb moisture and let your hair dry naturally.

? If you have straight hair - never comb it wet. But if you have curly hair, on the contrary, it should be combed wet. To do this, choose a comb with wide teeth.

? Use irons and curling irons no more than once a week or less often.

? Choose hairstyles that do not require the use of long-lasting styling tools.

? Do not comb your hair often. The rule of 100 combs is a myth that is harmful to your hair.

? To protect your hair from the sun, choose a conditioner that does not wash off and contains zinc oxide. You can also wear a wide-brimmed hat to protect yourself.

Low vitamin D levels may be associated with female pattern hair loss, which is the most common type of hair loss in women. B vitamins are essential for metabolism and nervous system function. At the Canadian pharmacy you can order good vitamin complexes for hair restoration. Consuming enough of each vitamin in the diet may help keep the hair healthy.
